Wattana is an architect and independent researcher from Bangkok whose passion lies in improving the living quality of civic life at the eye level. His research-led practice focus on the relationship between street life and the built forms, urban informality (amid the paradoxical global binary), sociological space appropriation, walking and walkability, spatial justice and, sustainable urban development. With architecture and urban design background in Bangkok, Tokyo and Glasgow, he's interested in how people, goods and information move (around) the city. Aside from the research and design practice, he's a part-time writer and photographer.
