Located on the Thonburi (west) side of Chao Phraya river, Klong- san is one of the most well-known district in Bangkok for its down-to-earth residence and lcoal street food. Being different from the opposite side of the river, there has been much less number of tourist attraction in this side of the river as most of the land plot are owned and used for local resident.
As part of the studio project CSRC (Contemporary Sport Recreational Centre), the proposal is to have this new building landscape connecting with the local community and linking people back to the adjacent temple along the waterfront. The proposed design aim to create multipurpose recreational area are distributed on different area of the sites. There also is the linkage designed to reconnected the new park to the local communities, including ajacent primary school and temple.
